A chinese foundry, producing GG/GGG and GGV, was asking for support in regard to quality and efficiency improvements.

During a three weeks visit onsite we conducted theoretical foundry technology lessons and transferred these gained knowledge to existing castings, which they are now producing for an international automotive supplier in China.

The implemented measures and process improvements helped to gain customers confidence in the abilities of the foundry and secured long term business relationships.
